Salmon A Delightful Outdoor
BBQ Grills For A Entrée
The art of cooking salmon on outdoor bbq grills can
be very fun and exciting. Using a 4-6 ounce salmon fillet, one
per guest, is a great way to determine how many pieces of fish
you will need for a dinner party. For the salmon glaze, make a
sauce that contains one-tablespoon maple syrup, one-tablespoon
hoisin sauce, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard dressing and seaonsoning
such as salt and pepper to taste. This delicious topping is
brushed upon each piece of salmon and then basted onto each
piece of fish during grill time. Be sure that you continue to
glaze the pieces of salmon equally while cooking. Cooking time
should take approximately 10-12 minutes; the fish is done when
it flakes easily with a fork.
The Outdoor BBQ Dinner
Grills Needs Grilled Vegetables
Grilling corn on the cob is a wonderful addition to a salmon
dinner. Provide one full piece of corn on the cob for each
guest. Pull the husks back from the corn but do not detach from
the cob itself. Remove and discard the silk inside the husk.
Clean and pat dry the corncobs and spread with butter or olive
oil. Pull the husks back up and tie at the top. Grill for 12-15
minutes until charred slightly. When corn is done, provide
fresh butter for your guests to use, flavored butter that
include spices or parmesan cheese are also popular options to
use on corn on the cob.
Grilled vegetables are a very popular side dish that is easy
to make and enjoyed by everyone. A combination of zucchini,
summer squash, sweet onion, red and green peppers and mushrooms
blended with herbs and seasonings make a delightful dish. Once
the entire combination is mixed together, put into a grill safe
bowl and cook upon the grill along with the corn on the cob and
the salmon.
Serve each of these dishes along with a dinner salad and you
will have an elegant meal that will impress and delight all of
your guests.
