The Tasty Variety of Meco Charcoal
Grills
Nothing says summer like a good
barbeque. Even vegetarians have learned how to adapt recipes to
be cooked on an outdoor grill. Recently, the Philadelphia
Inquirer reported on how to cook a pizza on the grill! If you
are going to invest in this adaptable cooking tradition, then
you should consider Meco
charcoal grills and BBQs to cook the tastes of summer
on.
Sizzler Supreme
In your choice of red or black, this 21 and ½ inch square
Meco charcoal
grill covers your basic grilling needs. This is
recommended for outdoor use only (you don’t want the smoke
indoors). It has adjustable air vents to help control cooking
temperature and a nickel-plated cooking grid.
This model does not come with wheels, which is great for
backyard use. If you did want basically the same type of
Meco charcoal
grills with wheels, then look to the model with wheels
– called, appropriately enough, Charcoal Grill With Wheels.
Like the Black Sizzler, this kind of Meco Charcoal Grill's cooking
knobs stay cook to help make grilling easier and more
comfortable.
With Fold Down Side
Tables
If you have a lot of ingredients to juggle about, then you
really need tables attached to your grill to make cooking
easier on your body and your sanity. These types of
Meco Charcoal
Grills are especially recommended for catering and
tailgating. It has real wheels only and a fold down table to
help you keep everything handy.
It also features many of the same features as the Sizzler
Supreme, such as adjustable air-vents, knobs that stay cool to
the touch and 342 square inches of grilling platform. This also
features, according to the manufacturer, "an elevated ash dump
to prevent burnouts." No, I don’t know what that means, either.
Sounds spiffy, though.
There is also a variety with two fold down side tables,
known as the Meco Charcoal Grill With Fold Down Side Tables
(not to be confused with the previously mentioned Meco Charcoal Grills With Fold
Down Right Side Table.) This is the most expensive variety on
Meco's line up, but you get all of the bells and whistles with
it.
Lock And Go Portable
This is the smallest of Meco
Charcoal grills, expectedly, since it's designed to be
portable. This is recommended for camping. It is a cute round
grill on three heavy-duty steel legs. This also has hood vents
for temperature control. The hood and bowl interlocks to help
keep your fingers cool when the food is hot.
