For some reason many people think that everything coming off the barbecue has to have plenty of kick to it and many bbq recipes will leave the tongue tangy once the food is gone. Wrap in heavy duty tin foil and place in coals for about an hour for a tender and extremely tangy flavor. An additional side dish bbq recipes includes one for garlic mushrooms. Start with tin foil about 12 inches long and spray with cooking oil.
