For some reason many people think that
everything coming off the barbecue has to have plenty of kick
to it and many bbq recipes will

some extra kick. Wrap in heavy duty tin foil and place in coals

mushrooms. Start with tin foil about 12 inches long and spray
with cooking oil. Slice large mushrooms and place them on the
